Yoga the Iyengar Way by Silva Mehta, Mira Mehta, and Shyam Mehta - great book for anybody. Modifications are given for most poses, as well as use of props.
Yoga: The Spirit and Practice of Moving into Stillness by Erich Schiffmann - if you want a bit more. This book is awesome. Great read.
